Early morning hike to Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress. Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's famous for its stunning frescoes, landscaped gardens, and historical significance dating back to the 5th century. After climbing Sigiriya and returning for breakfast, proceed to Kandy. Kandy is a cultural hub and the last capital of the ancient kings' era in Sri Lanka. It's renowned for its sacred sites, scenic beauty, and vibrant cultural heritage. En route to Kandy, visit Dambulla Cave Temple, a complex of cave temples with stunning Buddhist murals and statues, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
